Unscrew all nuts using a 10 socket or socket wrench and remove the engine protection plate from under the vehicle.

Remove the plate to gain access to the engine oil pan drain screw.

Place a tray under the crankcase.

To loosen le bouchon de carter. With a 21 socket wrench.

Unscrew the crankcase plug by hand.

Let the oil drain.
To unscrew the sump plug, it is better to use a socket wrench (6-sided) which is easier to clean than a ratchet full of oil.

Open the door, pull the crank and open the hood.

View the location of the oil filter.

Using a ratchet, an extension and a 27 socket, loosen the bell holding the oil filter.

Once loosened, unscrew and remove the oil filter bell by hand.

Clean the bell with brake cleaner

Clean until the liquid inside the bell is clear
-

-
Compare the old and le nouveau filtre à huile(height, length).

The two filters are not identical, the OEMs have made modifications to this filter.

Reposition the new gasket on the bell.
-
Lubricate the oil filter gasket with a little oil.
-

-
Replace the oil filter on its support, taking care to position each key correctly in the intended location.

Screw the bell back onto its support by hand.

Tighten the bell using a ratchet, an extension and a 27 socket.

To rest le nouveau joint on the crankcase plug.

Screw back on and tighten the drain plug.
-

Clean with a rag around the sump plug.
-
Reposition the plate by tightening all the screws.
-

Start the engine, let it run for a minute, then turn it off.
-
After stopping the engine, pull out the oil dipstick.
-
The correct oil level should be just below the maximum, if this is not the case add oil to reach the correct level.

Replace the dipstick and screw the filler cap back on.
Once the oil change has been carried out, turn off the engine ignition and press the reset button, i.e. /000 on the counter, and turn on the engine ignition while holding down the reset button.
This is when a count of 10 to 0 will occur.
Once the countdown reaches 0, you will be reset.
The computer will directly reset the oil change counter to zero for the duration desired by the manufacturer.

Attention pour revisser la cloche du filtre a huile ; couple de 25 Nm 27Nm a la clé dynamo (c’est indiquer sur la cloche en tous petit) sinon on déchire le joint si serrer trop fort !!

After a few kilometers (around 500 km), do not forget to check the oil level and top up if necessary.
