By using the OSCARO.COM company website (“TUTORIAL”) you agree to comply with the general conditions of use and navigation defined below.
Purpose of the tutorial
The TUTORIAL is a place for community exchange and mutual assistance based on a system for posting photos and videos of montages related to automobile maintenance.

Said services and information cannot replace the principles of precaution and compliance with (i) the rules of the art; (ii) basic safety instructions; (iii) the assembly and/or use instructions appearing in the assembly and/or use instructions for products, parts and accessories for automobiles published by manufacturers and/or automobile manufacturers.
In order to have his contribution published on the TUTORIAL, the contributor transfers free of charge the right of use, reproduction, and distribution to Oscaro.com, of his tutorial: in particular those to print, have printed, translate, have translated, publish, have published, reproduce, have reproduced, in any way whatsoever the articles, contributions and photos intended for the TUTORIAL, and this, whatever the medium.
No financial compensation of any kind will be granted to the contributor in return for the exploitation of the contribution by OSCARO.COM.
The contributor will have the possibility to have his contribution withdrawn at any time, by making the request by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to which will be attached a copy of his identity document from the company Oscaro.com. The contribution will be withdrawn within 2 months from receipt of the request.
The contributor declares to be the sole and unique holder of the copyright on the work and guarantees to Oscaro.com, the free enjoyment of the contribution; he further declares that there is no servitude and guarantees OSCARO.COM against any disturbances, claims and evictions whatsoever encumbering the peaceful exploitation of the contribution by OSCARO.COM.
This grant of rights is made on European territory (European Union and Europe in the continental sense, including the United Kingdom.
Any contribution must first be accepted and validated by OSCARO.COM. in order to be published.
OSCARO.COM reserves the right, without having to provide reasons:
- not to publish the contribution,
- to ask the contributor to modify his contribution,
- to modify the contribution on minor points without the contributor's agreement (in particular and not limited to possible spelling mistakes).
OSCARO.COM will not accept tutorials in which the following elements appear:
- All quotes of precise contact details of professionals working in the field of automobiles and their maintenance, or contact details of individuals.
- The reproduction of photos, drawings, patents, videos, etc. for which the contributor does not have the rights,
- The reproduction of photos, drawings, videos, etc. tending to be assimilated to advertising canvassing,
- Recurring citations of brands, websites, commercial services that could be considered advertising,
- Close-up photos of brand names or their logos,
- Any contribution containing comments of an insulting, aggressive or vulgar nature,
- Any contribution unrelated to the field of automotive maintenance,
- Any contribution that disparages or defames, in the light of the application of the law, a trademark or a natural person.
In general, contributions that are contrary to French and European legislation will not be accepted.
Only contributions in French will be accepted.
OSCARO.COM also reserves the right not to publish the contribution, if the expected quality is not respected.
Similarly, users of the TUTORIAL are not allowed to:
- to sell any information, photos, etc. obtained from the TUTORIAL, nor to create derivative works from them.
- to use the content of the TUTORIAL on another website or in a networked computer environment, or any other medium.
- to use the Services offered by the TUTORIAL only on condition that you guarantee that you will not use them for purposes that are illicit or prohibited by this charter.
- to use the TUTORIAL services in a manner likely to damage, hinder, overload or interfere with its operation, or disrupt the use of other users.
These General Conditions of Use express the entirety of the commitments of the parties, no general or specific conditions appearing in other documents may be considered as being integrated into the scope of the rights and obligations existing between the TUTORIAL and Internet users.

Oscaro.com does not provide any guarantee on the functionality, availability or operation of the TUTORIAL. It reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove content on the TUTORIAL.
Applicable law
Both the TUTORIAL and the terms and conditions of its use are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. In the event of any dispute, and after the failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear disputes.
