  1.
Locate the drain tap on the bottom right of the radiator. Place a tray below the tap.

Unscrew the tap (use multi-grip pliers if the tap is hard, without forcing too much so as not to break it), then, once completely unscrewed, pull on it to allow the coolant to flow into the tank.

When the fluid drains more slowly, open the expansion tank cap to draw air. Wait until all the fluid drains.

Locate the thermal switch, located on the right of the radiator, below the upper hose.

Disconnect the plug by pressing the iron pusher, then pulling the plug.

    • Open the bleed screw on the water box. Also open the radiator bleed screw (mine is broken..)

    • Using a funnel, pour new coolant into the radiator through the expansion tank cap. Pour until the coolant flows out of the bleeder screws. Then tighten the bleeder screws.

    • Start the engine, then increase and maintain the engine speed between 2500-3000 rpm until the radiator fan comes on.

    • Do not forget to check the coolant level during the temperature rise, and add more if necessary.

    • Allow the engine to cool, then check the coolant level. Add more if necessary.
