Introduction

  1. 
Shift into first gear and release the handbrake.

Raise the rear of the vehicle and remove the wheels

Loosen the hub nut with a chisel

Unscrew the hub nut with a 32 mm socket

Remove the drum by hand or with a hammer if it is stuck.

Clean the brake backing plate with brake cleaner

As well as the inside of the drum

Apply the grease provided in the kit to the six contact points of the segments

Reinstall the new wheel cylinder and tighten the fixing screws

Screw the brake line connector back onto the wheel cylinder and clean up any brake fluid leaks

Reattach the handbrake cable to the segment

Position the jaw tips on the wheel cylinder

Remove the spacer to install the supports on the lower stop
    • Position the jaw tips on the wheel cylinder

Replace the two retaining springs

Check alignment of segments on lower stop and wheel cylinder

Replace the drum

Reinstall the new hub nut supplied in the kit

Tighten with a torque wrench to a torque of 20 daN

    • Tighten with a torque wrench to a torque of 20 daN

Tighten the nut with a punch

Replace the cap using a mallet

Hello

I have a little problem when I try to remove the scrap metal cover and then remove the drums and seize with the bearings I tried with a claw extractor but nothing to do help me

Too bad it's incomplete!. It doesn't mention adjusting the jaws, using the wheel.

It's so simple on photos with a part that is not put on this tutorial.
