The thermostat is located on the right side of the engine. To find it, simply follow the hose that we just removed from the radiator.

If there are several seals in the box, use the same thickness as the old one.

    • Screw in the new thermostat and put the hoses on

    • Replace the hose on the radiator sleeve.

Fill the coolant reservoir without exceeding the maximum.

Do not replace the reservoir cap yet. Start the engine and maintain the speed at 1500 rpm until the first cooling cycle (starting and stopping the fan) Check for leaks in the hoses

    • Stop the engine and wait for it to cool (2 hours minimum)

    • Replace the plastic cover

    • If necessary, top up the expansion tank. Monitor the level over the next few days.
