Open the hood.

Remove the engine cover.
    • Open the hood.

    • Remove the engine cover.

    • Locate the candles

    • It's a 4 cylinder so 4 spark plugs.

    • Disconnect your battery

Remove the ramp by pulling on it and moving it away.

Using a 10mm long socket, remove the spark plugs.

It is better to replace the spark plugs one at a time rather than removing all 4 spark plugs and then installing the new ones.

  3. 
Old candles
    • Old candles

    • New spark plug

    • Reassembly is carried out in reverse order.

    • The tightening torque is 10Nm.

    • After intervention, reconnect the battery

Check the condition of your ramp before pulling. Plastic disintegrates over the years. Don't be surprised to find pieces of ramp plastic remaining on the spark plugs once they are freed up.
