Pull the 1st side of the silentbloc outwards.

Lift the side you just removed and then pass it through the hook.

Remove the silentbloc by pulling on it.

You will notice that the old silentbloc is larger than the new one. This is normal and is due to the rubber having relaxed.

Reassembly is carried out in reverse order.

The first side to put on the exhaust stem is the widest one.
