Introduction

If you notice that your 3 brake lights are no longer working, it is very likely that your 3 bulbs did not fail at the same time. The problem may therefore come from the brake light switch which is located above the brake pedal.

Locate the switch, it is located just above the brake pedal

To disassemble it, simply turn it counterclockwise.

Then disconnect it from its connector by pressing the small clip.

    • Then disconnect it from its connector by pressing the small clip.

    • Pull out the adjustment rod completely, as shown in the photo (delivery condition)

Verify that this is the faulty part by bypassing the switch.

To do this, insert a conductive wire between the 2 connectors as shown in the image.

Mount the new switch, inserting it into the hole. The connector must be horizontal. Then turn it clockwise to fix it

Reconnect the connector

Check that the brake lights are working again by turning on the ignition and pressing the brake pedal.

Does not match the switch shown in the summary. The latter does not have a fixed lock predetermined by the manufacturer and requires manual adjustment using notches.
