Steps 1-5 are intended to make it easier to access the EGR valve.

Remove the central screw
    • Remove the central screw

    • Remove the brake fluid reservoir screws

    • Remove the brake fluid reservoir (be careful not to spill any fluid).

Unclip the windshield trims by pushing them towards the inside of the windshield, and remove them

Move aside the awning grille and extract the water evacuation hoses from the front wings, on each side

Remove the fixing screws on each side

Remove the 6 staples to remove the crosspiece.

Remove the cross member.
    • Remove the fixing screws on each side

    • Remove the air duct screws

    • Unclip and remove the air duct

Remove the 3 staples with un tournevis
    • Remove the 3 staples with un tournevis

    • Remove the apron insulation

    • Remove the engine cover

Remove the 3 Torx screws from the air filter housing cover
    • Remove the 3 Torx screws from the air filter housing cover

    • Disconnect the air flow meter connector

    • Loosen the air filter feed duct clamp

    • Detach from the air filter housing by pulling it towards you

    • Also disassemble the air duct

    • Remove the cover and the air filter housing. Take the opportunity to dust or change the air filter if necessary.

    • Access to the EGR valve is possible

    • Remove the 2 EGR valve fixing screws

    • Remove the collar using a screwdriver. To reinstall it, this is easily done by tightening it using multi-grip pliers or small pliers.

    • Deposit la vanne EGR being careful not to lose the seal.

    • Clean the joint plane, then reassemble everything.

Hello, the fuel pressure sensor is located on the injection rail below the EGR valve.
