Hello Alain, thank you for this comment, I have to look into doing it because I have already replaced this mechanism on my father-in-law's scenic. I will try to do it during my vacation.

Good morning,
once again clear, clean and precise thank you for achieving this in 20 minutes

Hello and thank you for your feedback on position 3 and also speed 2 of the windshield wipers. Good luck during this period.

Good evening, very good tutorial. I took advantage of the change of the glow plugs which requires the same disassembly to change the air filter. So in the end, it was very quick.
On the other hand, the replacement “PURFLUX” filter was not equipped with the foam on the air inlet side. However, it is the same reference as the original. Is this annoying?
Sébastien Bonnet - Reply
Good evening, no, some filters have them, others don't.

Well done and thank you
All the operations are well detailed with the photos, it's perfect.

Hello Jean Paul and thank you for the comment. Good interview. Sébastien

great tutorial,
just one thing, to unscrew the cross-head screws of the air filter box you absolutely need a small ratchet wrench with a bit because the screwdriver does not fit because of the battery.

Good morning,
Thanks for this tutorial. I had a bit of trouble unscrewing the air filter housing which is just behind the battery. It is impossible to use a screwdriver.

Thanks great tutorial.
Just a detail, what is the complete procedure for putting the windshield wipers in the vertical position?

Good morning,
Well done Seb for this tutorial!
For comparison, changing the air filter of my old Citroën ZX:
1 tool - your 2 fingers to unscrew a wing nut and unclip 4 leaf springs holding the cover
2 change the filter
3. Put the cover back in the other direction.
Duration 5 min.
I'll let you find the reasons for this choice of filter location by Renault engineers!
Kind regards
Owner of a Scenic 3

Hello Tuat I think this justifies the cost of the service at the dealer. I agree with you on my 1990 AX it was much faster.
