Introduction

"Injection to be checked" light and switching to degraded mode, it is very often the turbo pressure sensor that must be changed. (every 100,000 km according to Renault ;)

Change the turbo pressure sensor on Renault Scénic 2 1.9 dci 130 F9Q

  1. 
To correctly diagnose the problem:
    • To correctly diagnose the problem:

    • - "SERVICE" light comes on after a few meters of acceleration

    • - message "injection to be checked"

    • - switch to degraded mode: no more fishing when accelerating

    • Everything returns to normal after restarting the engine, at idle

    • Connect the diagnostic case (or go to Renault), error code: P0135

    • Obtain the car radio code.

    • Disconnect the battery starting with the negative terminal.

Open the engine hood

The sensor is located right next to the engine oil filler cap
    • Open the engine hood

    • Remove the engine cover

    • The sensor is located right next to the engine oil filler cap

    • Compare the new sensor model and the old one, the reference is written on it: BOSCH 0 281 002 709

Disconnect the sensor plug by pressing the tab with a medium flathead screwdriver and pulling horizontally

Unscrew the bolt holding the sensor with a 10 mm open-end wrench or a ratchet.

Install the new sensor, replace the bolt without overtightening (aluminum housing) and reconnect the electrical plug until it clicks.
    • Disconnect the sensor plug by pressing the tab with a medium flathead screwdriver and pulling horizontally

    • Unscrew the bolt holding the sensor with a 10 mm open-end wrench or a ratchet.

    • Install the new sensor, replace the bolt without overtightening (aluminum housing) and reconnect the electrical plug until it clicks.

Replace the engine cover.
    • Replace the engine cover.

    • Reconnect the battery starting with the positive terminal.

    • Test by starting the engine and accelerating slightly, the light should not come back on.

    • Reset the car radio code.

    • Please note that the fault remains recorded in the OBD, it is necessary to test the car to remove the error code otherwise it will appear at the next technical inspection.

I replaced the fap with another second-hand one in very good condition.

Soot rate measurement once installed and after 100kms zero

1 week later new injection message to check

Replacement of fap pressure sensor

Turbo pressure sensor

Replacement 1 injector

Replacement of used fap hoses

Soot rate control 86mg

Launch of a regeneration no smoke is evacuated and new control zero soot rate!!!
