Changing the double relay on Peugeot 106 1.1i single point

the relay is located under the injection computer

unscrew the terminal - from the battery using the 8mm key

remove it from the terminal

and put her aside

This step is not necessarily mandatory but it is better to play it safe.

remove the calculator cover

unclip the computer harness

the calculator is held by 2 screws and 1 nut: remove them using the 8mm key

There is no need to remove the one on the bottom right, you can just unlock it if you want.

use a small flat screwdriver to pry the tab on the computer socket

fold the tab completely

To remove the plug, you must dislodge the lug at the bottom of its housing

dislodge the calculator

and switch it: the relay is now accessible

To unplug, pull the red tab on the plug

slide the relay back to remove it

Do not hesitate to contact a professional to obtain the replacement relay: the part must be identical to the original.

There are keyways so it is impossible to mount it upside down.

slide the relay into the metal tab (the relay has notches)

present the calculator socket from below (pass the notch first)

turn the plug down

lock the tab

Put the calculator back in position and tighten the 3 screws and nuts

clip the beam into its housing

put the protective cover on

put the pod - in place
