  1. 
The engine must be switched off
    • The engine must be switched off

    • Remove the cover

    • Unclip and pull upwards

  2. 
Remove the air intake tube.

Unclip the tube then pull it upwards
    • Remove the air intake tube.

    • Unclip the tube then pull it upwards

  3. 
Unscrew the ten bolt

Remove the 2 clips

Use a cloth to seal the turbo outlet and radiator inlet.
    • Unscrew the ten bolt

    • Remove the 2 clips

    • Use a cloth to seal the turbo outlet and radiator inlet.

  4. 
Unscrew the three bolts

Take off the EGR valve

Disconnect the connector
    • Unscrew the three bolts

    • Take off the EGR valve

    • Disconnect the connector

    • Compare used EGR valve and new EGR valve

  5. 
Replace the EGR valve on its support

Tighten the 3 bolts

Reconnect the connector
    • Replace the EGR valve on its support

    • Tighten the 3 bolts

    • Reconnect the connector

    • Reassemble the exhaust pipe

    • Reassemble the hose

    • Replace the cover

    • To check, start the engine.

I don't have the same engine apparently because the pipe comes undone using a 10 key and pay attention to the small oblong inside and once the 2 ends are unclipped, I can take out the pipe and the engine cover, I stopped dismantling because I have the impression that many other parts have to be dismantled, if you have other explanations for dismantling to access the EGR valve, please contact me through my oscaro account
