  1. Place the car on jack stands, making sure the rear wheels are locked. Once the wheel is removed, remove the metal clips using a screwdriver. At the rear of the caliper, remove the two caps

  2. Loosen the screws using an Allen key and then remove the brake caliper. Then remove the caliper bracket by removing the two mounting screws at the rear. Unscrew the Torx screws holding the disc and remove it.
    • Loosen the screws using an Allen key and then remove the brake caliper.

    • Then remove the caliper bracket by removing the two mounting screws at the rear.

    • Unscrew the Torx screws holding the disc and remove it.

  3. Compare the old disc with the new disc to ensure the dimensions are identical. Then place the new disk and replace the Torx screw ( in red ). Then put the caliper bracket back in place and replace its two screws at the rear ( YELLOW ) Then compare the new set of pads with the old one.

  4. Push the caliper piston back using a piston pusher. Then replace the caliper with the two pads. Tighten the caliper mounting screws

  5. Then replace the protective caps Replace the metal clips of the caliper Spray a little brake cleaner on the disc to remove any grease and reassemble the wheel.

    • Spray a little brake cleaner on the disc to remove any grease and reassemble the wheel.

    • YOU'RE DONE!

Hello everyone.

Great tutorial, I would have liked to know the size of the Allen key as well as the socket to remove the caliper support.

I'm surprised that the spindle/hub cleaning phase was watered down.
