Loosen the clamp connecting the silencer to the exhaust pipe using a 16 mm diameter open-end wrench.

Remove the front and rear silent blocks holding the silencer

Remove the silencer

Replace the muffler

Replace the silentblocs if necessary or reassemble the old ones

Replace the silencer using the silentblocs

Connect the muffler to the exhaust pipe using the clamp

Use a large flat screwdriver to spread the flange if necessary.

Adjust the muffler so that it is in the middle of the location provided in the bumper
-
Tighten the flange using a 16 mm diameter open-end wrench.

Throw the old silencer in the recycling center in the container provided for this purpose.

Start the car to check for noise and possible smoke leaks

I think the measurement is overall, but I can't say for sure. For my part, I bought the first silencer on the site, namely the WALKER - 21884 (680 mm).

Could you tell me how to measure the length of the replacement muffler in order to purchase it (Overall? Muffler only?)
For example, for the same vehicle, 4 models: 720 mm; 760 mm; 705 mm; 750 mm.
