Place the chain on the wheel, pushing it as close as possible to the side of the wheel.

Move the vehicle slowly half a wheel turn.

Check that the tension handle is in the open position to finish positioning the tread on the top of the tire and all around the wheel.

Press the metal latch of the integrated hexagon key and fit the mounting key onto the universal nut as far as possible until the latch returns to the high position.

Adjust the notched wheel towards "+" until the cable is taut.
-
Tilt the tension handle to the "locked" position. If locking requires too much effort, the cable is too tight. Then loosen the notched wheel towards "-" to adjust the cable tension.

-
After a short journey (about 50 to 100 meters) stop the vehicle to check that the cable is tight and that the chain is correctly placed on the tire.
-
You can now safely continue driving. The maximum speed is 50 km/h.
