Introduction

Vehicle engine 1.4 HDi 70 hp

  1. Raise and support the front of the vehicle. Remove the right front wheel. The windshield wiper pump is located behind the mudguard. Securing the vehicle: removing and refitting the wheel The mudguard is held in place by 6 plastic clips. Use a flat screwdriver to remove them.

  2. The pump is embedded in the windshield washer reservoir. Place a container underneath to collect the liquid if the tank is not empty. Pull in the direction of the arrows to remove the pump.

  3. Check if the seal is left on the pump or tank to retrieve it. Disconnect the pump connector. Disconnect the pump hoses, noting their positions for the windshield hose and the rear window hose.

  5. Connect the 3 connections to the new wiper pump. Replace the pump in its housing on the tank, forcing it slightly. Pour windshield washer fluid into the reservoir, check for leaks and proper operation.
