The silentblocs are located on either side of the front axle.
-
To remove the wheel refer to the following tutorial: Prerequisites: Vehicle security
-
-
-
Start by completely unscrewing the 8 17 bolts (there are 4 per side) from the cradle at the stabilizer bar support.
-
-
-
Pull the cradle down about 5cm.
-
Then pull the stabilizer bar supports (half-moons) vertically and recover the old silentblocs.
-
-
-
Check that your new silentblocs fit properly into the brackets.
-
Replace the silentbloc on the bar and then replace the support by pulling the cradle down again to gain a little space.
-
Position the bolts of the two stabilizer bar supports without tightening them.
-
-
-
Put the wheels back on and put the car on the ground.
-
You can now tighten the 8 17 bolts firmly.

Hello to you.
I had no problems with the silencer on the right side (passenger) but on the left side (driver) the cradle does not descend enough to replace it.
Do you have a solution? I wonder if it is not the rack that is blocking the descent.
Problem solved, everything has been back together for 20 minutes; all I had to do was use my hand to use a “vice grip/clamp” by tightening the stabilizer bar and the welded bar across the undercarriage. Everything is back to normal and the half-moons are going back in by themselves. Everything could have been done in just over an hour.
Hello, for me it's hell, on a 309. On it since 9:00 this morning impossible to put the half moons back in front of the holes. The silent blocks are the right diameter 23. and in addition .... I realize that nothing justified changing them.
I had never done it.. It's a piece of cake..! follow the instructions to the letter and everything is fine. Just one little thing, Put the cradle screws back in by hand until they hold when you pull on them. I think there is some kind of double cage nut that receives them and has a certain range of movement. But otherwise, a piece of cake, I tell you..!!!
