On your Renault Clio 2, you have 4 spark plugs, when you change one, It is advisable to change them all.
-
To access it, you must disconnect the ignition wires by pulling on it and making go from right to left.

-
The candle is now visible.
-
Use a 16mm spark plug wrench or a ratchet with an extension and a long 16mm socket.
-
You can now unscrew it completely and then remove it from its support.
-
-
-
Once the spark plug is completely unscrew and remove.
-
Compare the old spark plug with the new candle
-

-
-
-
Please gently clean the spark plug holder and then put the new one back in its holder.
-
Start screwing it in with the socket so that it fits properly in its support, then finish screwing without forcing too much.
-
-
To make it easier during the next disassembly, I advise you to put a small dab of mechanical grease on the thread.
-
-
-
You can now put the rubber support back on top of the spark plug, remember to press it firmly.
-
Repeat this operation for the other 3 spark plugs.

Add to disconnect the spark plugs do not pull by the wire.
to screw the spark plugs back in use a piece of gas pipe, push the spark plug into the end of the pipe (very practical)
