Loosen the two shock absorber screws/nuts (ratchet + 18 mm flat wrench)

Shim the suspension arm then remove the lower bolt

Loosen the two shock absorber screws/nuts (ratchet + 18 mm flat wrench)
Shim the suspension arm then remove the lower bolt
Remove the top bolt then the shock absorber

Step 3

check the similarity between used and new parts.

Clean the screws with a wire brush if necessary. Grease to facilitate reassembly.

Step 4

Present the new shock absorber, put the two bolts without tightening them

Present the new shock absorber, put the two bolts without tightening them
Once the two bolts are in place, tighten the assembly.
Reassemble the wheel (light tightening), remove the axle stand, jack, tighten. Same technique for both sides.
