Raise and chock the rear of the vehicle. Remove the wheels to gain access to the braking system.

In the vehicle, release the handbrake lever.

To facilitate removal, unscrew the brake hose and handbrake cable brackets.

Use a 10mm wrench for the brake hose

A 12mm wrench for the handbrake cable bracket

To remove the brake caliper, unscrew the two fixing screws with a 12 mm and 17 mm wrench.

Remove the two screws supporting the caliper.

Remove the used brake pads.

Secure the caliper on a jack stand and with bungee cords to avoid damaging the hoses.

Open the brake fluid reservoir cap in the engine compartment.

Using a piston pusher, move the latter aside to be able to install the new brake pads.

Don't forget to close the fuel cap.

Clean the pad holders.

Compare the dimensions of the old and new brake pads.

Place the new brake pads.

Replace the brake caliper.
-
Use the new fixing screws or apply thread lock to the original ones.

Tighten the brake caliper screws.

Replace the brake hose and handbrake cable brackets
-
Press the brake pedal repeatedly until it stiffens before driving the vehicle.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for bedding in new brake pads.
