Introduction
Changing the front wiper blades on a Suzuki Swift II
Tools
Parts
-
-
You need to get 2 new front wiper blades. Start with the left one and repeat the operation on the second one.
-
Pull the left wiper arm to raise it
-
Swing the wiper to the right so that it is perpendicular to your arm
-
-
-
Locate the broom attachment on the arm
-
Hold the wiper and apply downward pressure to unclip the arm attachment.
-
Then detach it by tilting it to the left then upwards
-
-
-
At this stage of the manipulation, the arm is left alone without a windshield wiper.
-
Compare the old and new front wiper (length - attachment...)
-
-
-
Rotate the wiper blade clip to the left
-
Reinsert the wiper onto the arm and bring the clip to position itself under the arm clip bracket.
-
Insert the broom attachment onto the arm from bottom to top
-
-
-
The windshield wiper is positioned on the arm, tilt it back and place it on the windshield
-
Test the proper operation of the wiper blade
-
Repeat the operation with the second front wiper blade.

"Tilt the wiper to the right so that it is perpendicular to your arm"... Well yes, that's exactly the problem: it doesn't exceed 30 degrees... I tried to force it but without success :-(( A neighbor called in for help didn't succeed either.
It's a 2018 Swift Sport, and suitable Bosch brushes, purchased from Oscaro.
On the other hand, it was cheap and the delivery was fast and efficient!
