Changing the front windscreen wipers on a Peugeot 308

On the 308, the windshield wipers are stuck when stationary under the hood

Turn on the ignition without starting, then turn off the ignition

Lower the wiper stalk to place the blades in the intermediate position

Put pressure on the spur

Then push the wiper upwards

Put pressure on the spur

Then push the wiper upwards

Check that the new wipers are the same length and have the same attachment.

Please note that the driver's side is larger than the passenger side.

Check that they are securely attached before carefully placing them back on the windshield.

Turn the ignition back on and then press the windshield wiper stalk to reposition them correctly.
