Introduction

Vehicle engine 1.4 HDi 70 hp

  1. 
Raise and chock the front of the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.

To remove the brake caliper, unscrew the lower fixing screw with a 13 mm wrench.

As well as the upper fixing screw.

Remove the caliper from its support and hang it with bungee cords to avoid damaging the hoses.

Remove the brake pads.

Remove the 4 brake pad holders if they are supplied with the new ones or clean them with a wire brush.

Open the brake fluid reservoir cap in the engine compartment.

Use a piston pusher to be able to put the caliper on the new brake pads.

    • Don't forget to close the fuel cap.

Install the brake pad holders.
