Here we will see how to change the ashtray bulb on a Peugeot 206

Open the ashtray
-
Unclip the ashtray from its housing by pulling upwards.

Locate the bulb (red circle)

The old bulb is not pictured as it was removed by the previous owner

Unclip the bulb and its cable from its support by gently pulling it

Remove the brown bulb holder by pulling on it gently.

Prepare the new bulb

Place the new bulb in its holder by pressing it

To remove the old bulb, simply pull on it.

Replace the holder and cable in its housing and check that the bulb works.

Put the ashtray back
