Remove the awning grille by unscrewing the four 20 mm torx screws.

Remove the scoop under the awning grille with a 10 wrench (six bolts)
    • Remove the awning grille by unscrewing the four 20 mm torx screws.

    • Remove the scoop under the awning grille with a 10 wrench (six bolts)

Disconnect the oil vapor hose and unscrew the air box clamp with a flat screwdriver then unclip the oil dipstick

Lift the air box from the front then slide it to the right to remove it.

Disconnect the air inlet by spreading the two clips and remove the air box
    • Disconnect the oil vapor hose and unscrew the air box clamp with a flat screwdriver then unclip the oil dipstick

    • Lift the air box from the front then slide it to the right to remove it.

    • Disconnect the air inlet by spreading the two clips and remove the air box

the ignition coils are now visible

Remove the ignition coil by taking it by the body and not by the cable. The spark plug is visible at the bottom of the well

Unscrew the spark plug with a 14 spark plug wrench or a 14mm long socket wrench. If you are using a 14 long socket wrench you can use a piece of hose (by clipping the hose onto the spark plug head) to remove and install the spark plugs at the bottom of the wells.
    • the ignition coils are now visible

    • Remove the ignition coil by taking it by the body and not by the cable. The spark plug is visible at the bottom of the well

    • Unscrew the spark plug with a 14 spark plug wrench or a 14mm long socket wrench. If you are using a 14 long socket wrench you can use a piece of hose (by clipping the hose onto the spark plug head) to remove and install the spark plugs at the bottom of the wells.

Compare the old spark plug with the new one

put about 2mm of spark plug grease on the edge of the ignition coil (this prevents the ignition coil from sticking to the spark plug with the heat).

Put the new spark plug in and do not tighten too much (25Nm) put the coil back in and do the same for the other 3 spark plugs then repeat steps 2 and 1 in the other direction to reassemble the elements
    • Compare the old spark plug with the new one
