Changing an additional brake light bulb on a Peugeot 106

Turn on the ignition and press the brake. Get help from someone or temporarily lock your pedal in the depressed position.

Do not forget to unlock the pedal before using the vehicle again.

Identify the defective bulbs (here 2 bulbs need to be changed)

Unlock the pedal

Identify the light cover at the top of the trunk inside and in the center

Identify the cover locking tabs on each side

Press firmly on the left lug of the cover

Press firmly on the right lug of the cover

Pull the cover towards you

On the left lug, push lightly towards the center of the support

On the right lug, push lightly towards the center of the support

Pull the bracket down

Remove the defective bulbs

Placer new bulbs

Check that all bulbs work before reassembling the assembly.

Replace the cover

Check that the lugs are properly clipped

Finally, check that the fire is working properly.

Do not forget to release the brake pedal before using the vehicle again.
