Changing an additional brake light bulb - Citroën C2

Open the trunk.

Remove the rear shelf secured in the tailgate trim.

The light is secured by two torx screws.

Use a T25 torx key to remove the two screws.

Carefully remove the fire without pulling on the cable.

Disconnect the latter.

To access the bulbs, it is necessary to remove the red translucent plastic.

Press the tabs inwards.

Then lift the red cover to remove it.

Locate the bulb to be changed.

Grasp the bulb with your fingers to remove it from the light bar.

Compare the bulbs. This is the W5W 12V model.

Position the bulb base correctly, with the poles vertical.

Insert the bulb as far as it will go.

Replace the red cover.

Reconnect the electrical plug.

Align the holes before installing the fixing screws.

Secure the torx screws with the wrench.

Replace the rear shelf.

Check for proper operation.
