Introduction
Tutorial to quickly and easily change the cabin filter of a Suzuki Swift II 1.3i. This filter is located behind the glove box.

The cabin filter is located behind the glove box.

Pull the glove box hatch towards you to open it. Remove any personal belongings present for easier handling.

No tools required

Apply strong pressure towards the inside of the right side of the glove box. There is a small rubber stop at the end that must be passed through in order to unclip it.

Apply strong pressure towards the inside of the left side of the glove box. There is also a small rubber stop that must be passed to unclip it.

Once both sides are unclipped, the glove box lowers and reveals where the cabin filter is located.

Remove the cabin filter cover by unclipping it on the right side

Also unclip the left side to release the cover and access the cabin filter
-

Look carefully at the direction of the indications on the old cabin filter in order to then reposition the new one in the same direction.

Remove the old cabin filter by pulling it towards you.

Check the correspondence between the old and new cabin filter (length, thickness, etc.)
-
Reinsert the new cabin filter, taking into account the direction of the indications noted previously.

Reposition the passenger compartment cover in front of the box, then apply light pressure on the right side to clip it back in place.
-
Repeat the operation on the left side to reclip it.

Grasp the glove box and gently lift it upwards

Apply firm pressure inwards on the right side of the glove box to allow the small rubber stop to clip back inside
-
Finally, exert strong pressure towards the inside of the left side of the glove box to allow the small rubber stop to re-clip inside.
