Replacing the cabin filter on class A w168 1.6 102hp.

Bring the vehicle documentation and the tools needed for the operation, without forgetting the protective equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.).

Open the hood and unscrew the seven screws holding the first cover.

Unplug the small electrical plug.

Close the hood and slide the cover upwards.

Unscrew the last two screws

Unscrew the two 13 nuts to remove the wiper arms.

Set the cover aside and reopen the hood to access the filter.

Be careful with the windshield washer supply hose.

Clean so that no foreign bodies enter the ventilation system and unclip the notches from the housing to remove the filter.

Compare the two filters.

Check the direction of insertion.

Replace the cover, checking the seals and replacing the two screws.

Replace the wiper arms (two 13 mm nuts).

Remember to test your wipers before continuing with reassembly.

Replace the last cover, always checking the position of the seals.

Tighten the seven screws.

Don't forget to plug the plug back in.
