Introduction
Work carried out on a 3-cylinder 1.4 75hp diesel.
Following a breakage of the alternator pulley due to the HS bearing, the accessory belt tore off while driving. The good news is that it was at low speed and the distribution was not affected.
So I will explain the "normal" steps to follow for a replacement when due and not following a breakage. Some photos will therefore be with the new parts.

Disconnect the (-) battery cable.

Remove the 3 nuts then the heat shield.

Alternator

Remove the nut with a 13mm socket then the cable.

Disconnect the electrical connector.

Mark the path of the courroie : it covers the crankshaft pulley, that of the air conditioning compressor, that of thealternateur and passes under that of the tensioner roller. The tensioner roller is automatic; you do not need any specific tool to adjust the tension of the courroie.

Place a 16mm ring spanner and tighten to

put the 2 shim holes on the same axis

then insert the pin.

If your courroie is broken you will need a curved ring spanner or a through ratchet. The roller being fully tensioned a flat ring spanner will not allow you to have enough clearance. Being 2 will be more practical, besides you will have to go from underneath, arrange to have enough space to pass.

Remove the courroie.

Leave the pin in the tensioner pulley.

Be careful not to have your fingers on the roller if the pin jumps.

Remove the 3 screws from the tensioner roller.

Remove the tensioner pulley.
-
Remove the 2 screws from thealternateur.

Remove thealternateur by pulling on it.

If you too your courroie broke while driving, clean the grooves of the crankshaft pulleys, the air conditioning compressor and that of the tensioner roller if you do not change it.
