  1. Remove the hubcap and slightly loosen the nuts on the right front wheel using a 17 mm diameter socket. Raise the vehicle and place a jack stand in the designated area.
    • Remove the hubcap and slightly loosen the nuts on the right front wheel using a 17 mm diameter socket.

    • Raise the vehicle and place a jack stand in the designated area.

    • Unscrew the wheel nuts and remove the wheel.

  2. Using a T20 male Torx key, remove the 2 screws at the front of the mud flap in the vehicle's bumper. Unscrew the 2 screws from the rear of the mud flap near the right front door. Unscrew the 2 screws from the rear of the mud flap near the right front door.
    • Using a T20 male Torx key, remove the 2 screws at the front of the mud flap in the vehicle's bumper.

    • Unscrew the 2 screws from the rear of the mud flap near the right front door.

  3. Using a 8 mm diameter socket, remove the 3 hexagonal screws upstream and downstream of the shock absorber. Remove the mudguard. Remove the mudguard.
    • Using a 8 mm diameter socket, remove the 3 hexagonal screws upstream and downstream of the shock absorber.

    • Remove the mudguard.

  4. By pressing and sliding the latch, remove the elbow from the wire harness to gain more access. Using a 16 mm diameter open-end wrench, loosen the belt tensioner by pulling it firmly in an anti-clockwise direction and remove the accessory belt from above or below the vehicle. Using a 16 mm diameter open-end wrench, loosen the belt tensioner by pulling it firmly in an anti-clockwise direction and remove the accessory belt from above or below the vehicle.
    • By pressing and sliding the latch, remove the elbow from the wire harness to gain more access.

    • Using a 16 mm diameter open-end wrench, loosen the belt tensioner by pulling it firmly in an anti-clockwise direction and remove the accessory belt from above or below the vehicle.

  5. Replace the accessory belt. Following the diagram opposite, while holding the tensioner (9) with a 16 mm diameter flat wrench in the high position, install the belt. Finish with the pulley (12) for easier assembly. Connect the elbow of the electrical conduit to its support.
    • Replace the accessory belt.

    • Connect the elbow of the electrical conduit to its support.

  6. Refit the mudguard (see paragraphs 2 and 3).
    • Refit the mudguard (see paragraphs 2 and 3).

    • Using a 17 mm diameter socket, screw in the wheel.

    • Raise the vehicle and remove the jack stand. Remove the jack.

    • Tighten the wheel to 85 Nm

    • Reinstall the hubcap.

    • Dispose of the accessory belt at the recycling center.
