Unclip the cable on the pedal side

Remove the cable at the engine compartment and then remove the sealing rubber.

Loosen the circlips then remove the conduit to access the cable

Remove the adjuster pin (white)

Dislodge the end of the cable from its housing

You can now completely remove the throttle cable

Check the dimensions and components of the Kit. It is sometimes necessary to cut the new cable depending on your vehicle

Position the rubber (wall pass)

Start running the new cable into the passenger compartment through the bulkhead gland

Position the second piece once the sheath has passed through then push it into the rubber part previously laid.

Run the new cable under the cast iron manifold

Pass the sheath through the adjuster (Black and grooved)

Position and tighten the cable end lug

Clip the cable to be retrieved from the passenger compartment and secure it to the end of the pedal

Once the cable is positioned, install the pin on the adjuster (black) in order to adjust the play (idle) of the accelerator.

Reposition the previously dismantled parts. If the adjustment still does not match, do not hesitate to shorten the cable.
