Put it in gear and release the handbrake.

Remove the hubcaps. Slightly loosen the 4 wheel studs on each side using a 17 mm diameter socket.

Raise the vehicle and place the jack stands in the reinforced area provided for this purpose.

Remove the 4 wheel studs on each side.

Remove the hub caps by inserting a small flathead screwdriver between the drum and the cap first, then a large flathead screwdriver.

Using a drift, loosen the hub nuts by inserting it between the spindle and the hub nut head.

Remove the hub nuts using a 32 mm diameter socket.

Remove the washers and drums. Mark the right drum and the left drum with chalk.

Remove the reeds using a flat-head screwdriver by inserting it into the notch provided for this purpose.

Using a 44.5mm mandrel and a press, remove the wheel hub bearing and cup from each drum.

Clean the inside of the drum using a cloth.
-
Place the new bearing in the drum and use the old bearing as an intermediate mandrel between the new bearing and the press.

Do the same with the second drum.
-

Replace the new reed.
-
Fit the new wheel hub bearing cup using the old bearing and a hammer for insertion.

Do the same with the second drum.
-

Using a screwdriver, remove the wheel hub seal.
-
Replace a new wheel hub seal, making sure to position the lip facing you.
-
Do the same on the other side.
-

Using a cloth, clean the rockets.
-
Replace the drums and washers. Press the jaws at the brake cylinder if the drum is difficult to fit.

Replace the new hub nuts.

Tighten to 200 Nm

Tap the hub nuts onto the spindle with a drift punch.

Install the wheel hub cap.

Tighten the wheel nuts.
-
Do the same on the other side.
-
Remove the candles.
-
Tighten the wheel nuts to 85 Nm

Reinstall the hubcaps.
