Introduction

Follow the steps in this tutorial to easily change a faulty brake light bulb!

  1. The stop light is the one pointed to by the arrow. To begin, open the trunk and locate the two screws that secure the light assembly. Some may be protected by plastic covers. Remove them gently using a flat-head screwdriver.

  2. Unscrew the two screws using a Phillips screwdriver. Unscrew the two screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

  5. Put the new bulb in place, then replace it in its housing. Turn the plastic part counterclockwise to lock it. Turn the plastic part counterclockwise to lock it.

  6. Replace the fire block, pressing firmly. Make sure the clips are securely in place and holding the block in place. Tighten the screws and replace the covers if there were any.
