Introduction
This tutorial shows how to change an electrically operated mirror on a Renault Trafic 2 van, it can be a right or left mirror, the handling is similar.

Use a screwdriver to pry the front guard to remove it.

Do not force as this may break the plastic (if the mirror is reused)

In the same way, use a screwdriver to lever out the plastic protection.

Unscrew the lower screw of the mirror using a 10mm socket wrench or a small ratchet.

Unscrew the lower screw first, otherwise there is a risk of dropping the mirror onto the ground.

Be careful not to drop the nut into the door, otherwise the door panel will have to be removed.

Unscrew the upper retaining screw using a 10mm socket wrench or a small ratchet.

Be careful not to drop the mirror on the ground.

Remove the mirror by lifting it upwards and shifting it towards the front of the vehicle.

Only the top of the mirror is maintained

Disconnect the electrical connector

Compare the old and new mirror (dimensions, fixing, connection, etc.)

Reconnect the electrical connector

insert the new mirror, first at the top, then at the bottom.

Screw the lower part of the mirror
