Tutorial made on Peugeot 5008 Phase 2 - 1.6 HDi 115 hp

Unscrew the 7 screws (size 10) securing the plate

Remove the 4 size 10 nuts

Remove the plate
-
Loosen the drain plug size 21
-
Recover the plug and the old gasket and let the oil drain into a container.

Locate the oil filter . It is located under the air hoses
-
Remove the air hose to access the filter
-
Shift the hose to the left
-
The bell is visible
-
-
-
Unscrew the bell with a socket and a 27 ratchet.
-
Compare the old and new filter (especially the tip)
-
Remove the filter from the bell
-
-
-
Insert the new filter
-
Pay attention to the lug located at the bottom of the filter which fits into the groove provided for this purpose.

Change the seal on the bell
-
Screw the filter bell back into place
-
Replace the drain gasket on the oil pan plug
-
If the old gasket is not present on the cap, it is probably still stuck to the oil pan , it must be removed and cleaned first.

Screw the cap back onto the crankcase
-

Open the filler cap
-
Fill the engine with the oil and the quantity recommended by the manufacturer
-
Check the level with the dipstick
-
Mini and vert level
-
Max level in blue
-
Adjust the level by adding oil if necessary
-
Start the vehicle, check the level and adjust if necessary.

Reassemble the engine plate
-
Reset the maintenance indicator:
-
Press the odometer reset button
-
Turn on the ignition
-
Wait until the 10s countdown ends before releasing the button and then switching off the ignition.

Hello, this is a tutorial for a 5008 phase 1 and not a phase 2 😉
I confirm that this tutorial is for a phase 1 but most of the steps and information are identical to my 5008 phase 2 1.6 BlueHdi 120cv, including the necessary key sizes. Only the location of the air hoses to be removed is different.
