To unscrew the engine oil drain screw you will need to access underneath the car. To do this, raise the vehicle with a jack and place one or two jack stands for your safety.

Open your hood using the hatch located inside your vehicle.

Unscrew the engine oil filler cap and remove the dipstick to facilitate oil drainage when changing the oil.

Get under the car below the engine, you can see that a plastic protection panel must be removed to gain access to the drain plug and the oil filter.

Unscrew the 10 screws using a ratchet, a small extension and a 10 socket.

The screws are now removed, you can remove the protection under the engine.

We can now access the engine oil drain plug.

Unblock the drain plug using a ratchet and a 21 socket. Finish unscrewing by hand.

Replace the drain plug gasket before screwing it back in.

To access the oil filter, it will be easier to unscrew the air duct, to do this use a ratchet with an 8 socket to completely remove the 2 screws that hold it.

Now lift the air duct carefully and then you can see the oil filter which is represented by a big black plastic bell.

Locate the oil filter.

Place an oil collection tray under it.

Unscrew the oil filter bell using a ratchet, two extensions, a 27 socket and remove the assembly.

Remove the old gasket from the bell using a small flat screwdriver and remove the old oil filter by pulling firmly on it.

Place the new gasket (supplied with the oil filter) on the bell, coat it with a little new oil.

Check the new oil filter for correct fit.

Place the oil filter alone in its housing on the engine, paying attention to the location of the small tip.

Present the bell by hand and finish tightening with the key.

Once the oil filter is changed, screw in your new screw with the seal using your ratchet and a 21 socket.

Reattach the air duct with the 2 screws and a ratchet with an 8 socket, check that it is properly connected, and that it has not moved during handling.

Reassemble the under-engine protection plate. Tighten and secure the 10 screws using a ratchet and a 10 socket.

Do an initial 3/4 fill.

Run the engine for 30 seconds so that the oil filter fills, turn off the engine and wait a few minutes.

Top up to the maximum level.

Hold down the right button on the dashboard and turn on the ignition. Wait for the countdown to end and turn off the ignition.
