Introduction

Warm up the vehicle before starting the oil change so that the oil is more fluid.

  1. 
Raise the vehicle using the jack and secure it on stands

Open the hood and remove the engine cover by pulling it upwards.

Loosen the oil filter using the strap wrench

Unscrew the 9 screws

Replace the drain plug with the new copper gasket.

Reassemble the plate under the engine

Check the correspondence between the old and new oil filters

Replace the oil filter gasket

Reassemble the oil filter by tightening it by hand and finish with the strap wrench.

Pour the oil recommended by the manufacturer into the engine through the filler hole.

Check the oil level with the dipstick

Reprime the fuel system by pumping the primer bulb until it becomes hard

There are approximately 5L or 5.5L of oil depending on the color of the dipstick.
