Draining and changing the oil and fuel filter DS5 2.0 160

Raise the vehicle using the jack and secure it on stands

Open the hood and remove the engine cover by pulling it upwards.

Remove the oil dipstick and filler cap

The oil filter is located here

Loosen the oil filter using the strap wrench

Unscrew the 9 screws

Remove the under-engine plate

Place a tray under the vehicle

Using the 21 mm flat wrench, unscrew the drain plug.

Let the oil flow until it drips.

Replace the drain plug gasket

Replace the drain plug with the new copper gasket.

Tighten it using the 21 flat wrench

Reassemble the plate under the engine

Tighten the 10 screws

Remove the oil filter cartridge by pulling it upwards

Check the correspondence between the old and new oil filters

Replace the oil filter gasket

Fit the new filter cartridge by clipping it downwards

Reassemble the oil filter by tightening it by hand and finish with the strap wrench.

Pour the oil recommended by the manufacturer into the engine through the filler hole.

Check the oil level with the dipstick

Replace the dipstick and cap then start the engine to fill the oil filter

BE CAREFUL NOT TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LEVEL

Check the oil level again with the dipstick

Disconnect the hoses and the sensor

Unscrew the 4 T30 screws

Remove the old filter by pulling it upwards

Remove the old filter by pulling it downwards

Check the correspondence between the old and new fuel filter

Replace the filter gasket

Fit the new filter by clipping it in place

Close the fuel filter block by clipping it all the way

Screw in the 4 T30 screws

Reconnect the fuel hoses and the sensor by clipping them

Reprime the fuel system by pumping the primer bulb until it becomes hard

Replace the engine cover by clipping it in place

Put the vehicle back on the ground
