Introduction
This tutorial was made on a CITROEN C3 III 1.6 BLUEHDI 100cv from 2017
Warm up the engine before draining

Raise the vehicle using the jack and secure it on stands: Securing the vehicle

Open the hood
-
Remove the engine cover
-
Remove the oil dipstick and filler cap
-

To access the oil filter, remove the air hose by unclipping it.
-
The oil filter is located here

Remove the engine underplate by unscrewing the 7 x 10 mm screws.
-
-
-
Place a tray under the vehicle
-
Using the 21 mm flat wrench, unscrew the drain plug.
-
Let the oil flow until it drips.
-
-
-
Replace the drain plug with the new copper gasket.
-
Tighten it using the 21 flat wrench
-
-
-
Reassemble the plate under the engine and tighten the 7 screws of 10
-
-
-
Insert the new cartridge into the engine, taking care to position it correctly.
-
The pacifier must be positioned so that it fits into its slot
-
-
-
Reassemble the oil filter bell, starting by tightening it by hand and finishing using the ratchet.
-
Then reclip the air hose
-
-
-
Pour the oil recommended by the manufacturer into the engine through the filler hole.
-
Check the oil level with the dipstick
-
Replace the dipstick and cap then start the engine to fill the oil filter
-
BE CAREFUL NOT TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LEVEL

Put the vehicle back on the ground
-
Check the oil level again with the dipstick
-

Remove the air hose by unclipping it
-
Disconnect the sensor and the small air hose from the air box
-
-
-
Remove the old air filter
-
Clean the air box by vacuuming out the dirt
-
-
-
Close the air box by screwing the 3 Torx T25 screws
-
Reconnect the sensor and put the small hose back on the air box
-
Replace the air hose
-
-
-
Close the fuel filter
-
Tighten it using the 24 mm flat wrench.
-
Reconnect the 2 hoses and the sensor
-
-
-
Remove the passenger side windshield bay grille to access the cabin filter
-
To reset the maintenance indicator on the dashboard, press the "000" button and turn on the ignition.
Keep pressing until the end of the countdown
