Hello, I am missing 3 screws out of 7. Where should I put the screws back to properly install the lower cover? (until I can go buy screws)

Hello, I would say 2 fronts at the ends and one at the bottom to hold the crankcase.

Another question. The measurements of the filter in place are 75X76. No filter offered on Oscaro has such a height. During the last oil change, did the mechanic put in an unsuitable filter? Is the height of the filter important? How?
