Introduction

Replacing a tail light bulb.

  1. 
Inside the trunk, a small plastic cover hides access to the screw that holds the rear light.

Remove the plastic cover with a screwdriver (lever).

Use a flat screwdriver (or a 13 socket) and unscrew the light attachment (counterclockwise).

Use lever on the left side of the light to release the two lugs behind the light (yellow circle).

To disconnect the harness, insert a small screwdriver into the connector and pry up while pulling on the connector.

Pull the plastic clips outwards to remove the bulb holder.

Remove the defective bulb and replace it with a new light bulb

Check that the seal is in its correct location before reassembling the support (important to prevent water from entering the light).

Replace the plastic holder with the bulbs in the clips.

    • Reconnect the connector.

Start by inserting the screw into the hole

Push the fire in the spurs (left side).

Turn on the ignition and test the bulb.

Good morning,

Please note that for step 2, where you have to remove the plastic clip from the light, it is better to use a 13 socket rather than a screwdriver.
