Introduction

  1. 
Raise and chock the front of the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.

The silent blocks are located under the vehicle. And are held by a flange.

Remove the fixing screw using an E16 female Torx socket.

Remove the nut with a 22 mm wrench, while holding the triangle screw with a bit. Torx T50 over.

Tap the screw lightly to raise it but without removing it from its housing because it holds part of the suspension triangle.

Remove the flange completely.

Remove the silentbloc by spreading the slot and pulling on it.

Compare the correct fit of the silentblocs.

To facilitate the reinstallation of the silentblocs, remove the lower ball joint of the stabilizer bar link.

Use a 17mm wrench and socket  Torx T30.
    • To facilitate the reinstallation of the silentblocs, remove the lower ball joint of the stabilizer bar link.

    • Use a 17mm wrench and socket Torx T30.

  7. 
Clean and grease the stabilizer bar.

Insert the new silentbloc by spreading the slot

Reinstall the flange by first inserting the two lugs and the triangle screw.

Tighten the nut and the flange fixing screw. And reinstall the lower stabilizer bar ball joint.
    • Reinstall the flange by first inserting the two lugs and the triangle screw.

    • Tighten the nut and the flange fixing screw. And reinstall the lower stabilizer bar ball joint.
