Raise and chock the front of the vehicle. Remove the front wheels.

On the stabilizer bar, locate the silentbloc towards the engine compartment.

Remove the lower ball joint from the tie rod to make it easier to handle the stabilizer bar.

Unscrew the flange nut using a 16 mm wrench.

If necessary, hold the screw from below with a 16 mm wrench.

Remove the screw.

Lift the flange to dislodge it from its location.

Pull the flange outward along the stabilizer bar.
-

Lubricate the rubber of the silentbloc and the bar to facilitate removal.
-
Turn the silentbloc so that the slot is facing down and spread it by pulling upwards.

Compare the shape and dimensions of the silentblocs.
-
Clean the stabilizer bar and the parts of the chassis in contact with the silentbloc.
-
Clean the flange.
-

Use a flat screwdriver to spread the slot on the new silentbloc and lubricate it with silicone grease.

Fit the silentbloc onto the stabilizer bar.
-

Rotate the silentbloc so that the slot is facing the front of the vehicle.
-
Place the flange back on the silentbloc.

Replace the screw from underneath and tighten the nut to secure the assembly.

It may not be possible to insert the screw (it is not long enough, too difficult to compress the silent block with the flange, etc.) in this case you can use a piece of 6mm diameter threaded rod, about ten cm long, 2 nuts and 2 washers to compress the silent block.
Once this is done, hold the flange with, for example, a "C" press in order to remove this threaded rod to put the original screw in place.
