Introduction

Changing the spark plugs on a Peugeot 307 Petrol Phase 1.6 16V 110hp

  1. 
Step 1: Disconnect a battery terminal (red arrow)

Step 2: Undo the cover to access the power supply using a size 20 Torx screwdriver.

Step 3: Disconnect the two hoses by pressing and pulling on the yellow ends

Step 5: Disconnect the plug from the power supply (red arrow). To do this, remove the metal clip to the right by playing it and then push the lower part of the plug down. You will get the result in the following photo.

Step 6: Remove the power supply by pulling on it (it comes off easily). This gives you access to the 4 wells containing the spark plugs

Step 7: Remove the spark plugs using a long spark plug wrench (the spark plugs are at the bottom of the tubes) with a 16mm tip (red arrow)

    • Compare old spark plugs with new ones

    • Insert the new spark plugs and tighten them securely to ensure a seal.

    • Put everything back together by taking the steps in reverse order: (replace the power supply - reconnect the power supply and replace the metal clip - screw the power supply back in - reconnect the two hoses by clipping them - replace the protection, screw it back in - reconnect the battery - wait 5 minutes and start the car

Conclusion

Very easy spark plug change, no knowledge required.

Hello, when I changed the spark plugs, the breather broke. Do you have a tutorial on how to change it?

Hello, should this process be carried out with the engine hot or is it not necessary?

It's December and I need to change the spark plugs on my wife's car.
