Introduction

Vehicle engine 1.4 HDi 70 hp

On this engine, the rocker cover and the intake air manifold are a single part. It is therefore necessary to change all the gaskets during the operation.

Finally, I greased it with grease and by forcing it a little (with a bar like a lever) it fits perfectly. Be careful not to be a brute!

Same as Hassan. A real pain to mount the 2 screws behind the rocker cover. Impossible to align the screw with the threaded bore. Does anyone have a technique?

You have to grease the O-rings and force a little, it ends up going in.

Difficulty replacing the stopper cover, especially the two screws behind. However, nothing is blocking it but the holes in the cover do not reach the screw threads. Tip or explanations?

Thank you by

For my part, the diesel hose was caught in the rocker cover gasket 😒😬
