Introduction

5 steps:

- Compare old and new cylinders

- Hold the trunk open using a wedge

- Dismantling of the 2 old jacks

- Reassembly of the 2 new cylinders

- Checking for proper operation

Put a wedge to hold the rear trunk open

Slide the metal clip on the jack attachment upwards to release the attachment by levering it with a screwdriver.

Prepare the new jacks to facilitate installation and then put the clip back at the bottom

Once the 4 clips are locked, check that the trunk holds securely in the high position.
