Open the engine hood

The radiator water inlet hose is located at the front of the engine

It is placed between the upper part of the radiator and the engine oil-water exchanger.

Unscrew the air line clamp on the manifold

Remove the screw securing the support paste to the engine block

Loosen the clamp between the air box and the air intake duct on the front of the vehicle

Remove the air line
-
Unclip the air box cover and move the throttle cable aside

Remove the cover and the intake air duct

Unscrew the air box fixing
-
Remove the air box completely
-

The hose connects the top of the radiator and the oil heat exchanger

Using a pair of multi-grip pliers, open the hose clamp so that you can remove the hose fitted to the radiator.

Remove the hose
-

Using a pair of multi-grip pliers, open the hose clamp so that you can remove the hose fitted to the engine block.

Remove the hose

Disconnect the purge hose
-
Remove the hose attached to the heat exchanger
-

-
Place the clamp on the new hose beforehand.

Fit the hose onto the radiator and place the hose clamp

Fit the third part of the hose onto the heat exchanger with the clamp

Place the purge hose
-

Replace the air box and air filter
-
Replace the throttle cable
-

Reinstall the air box cover and the intake air duct

Lock the various fasteners
