Open the driver's side door and pull the crank located at the bottom left under the steering wheel.

Using a flat screwdriver, remove the flow meter connector.

Unclip the air box by pulling upwards

Disconnect the sensor under the filter and remove the filter

Compare the dimensions (shape, length, width) and characteristics (hoses, sensor) between the old and the new fuel filter

Place a pan under the fuel filter, unscrew the sensor and let the fuel drain.

Remove the seal on the sensor with a flat screwdriver.

Clean the sensor with a cloth and brake cleaner.
    • Place a pan under the fuel filter, unscrew the sensor and let the fuel drain.

    • Remove the seal on the sensor with a flat screwdriver.

    • Clean the sensor with a cloth and brake cleaner.

Unscrew and remove the cap under the new fuel filter

Replace the new gasket (recovered from the cap) on the sensor

Screw the sensor back onto the new fuel filter

Reconnect the sensor under the new fuel filter

Re-clip the two fuel filter hoses by pressing on them

Replace the bracket in the notches

Tighten the retaining screw with the 10 mm socket wrench.

Replace the air box (sleeve collar, oil vapor pipe and suction sleeve)

Prime the fuel filter by cycling the ignition several times before starting
