Place a piece of cardboard on the front windshield

Remove the wiper blade by unclipping it from the arm by pressing the tab downwards then pulling towards the end of the arm

Do the same on the passenger side
    • Place a piece of cardboard on the front windshield

    • Do the same on the passenger side

Check the correspondence between the old and the new wiper blades (length, hooks...)

Clip the new wiper blade onto the arm

Check that the arm is properly clipped to the control hole

Perform the same operation on the passenger side windshield wiper.
    • Clip the new wiper blade onto the arm

    • Check that the arm is properly clipped to the control hole

    • Perform the same operation on the passenger side windshield wiper.

On Megane 3, replacing the windscreen wipers is made much easier by putting them in the correct position, i.e.: ignition on, engine off, by placing the windscreen wiper stalk on the maximum speed (all the way down), the arms will go into a vertical position. It will thus be much easier to lift them, without risk of damaging the edge of the engine hood.
